Why did you choose Patchs?
We undertook a procurement exercise and reviewed three potential suppliers. We choose Patchs primarily on the superior functionality that was provided for online triage, which we believed would be beneficial for our patients and staff.
What issues were you trying to resolve/improve?
We are still in the early stages of rolling out this function to our patients, but we hope it will help to spread demand based on healthcare professional and level of urgency and eliminate the 8am rush for appointments!
What do you like most about Patchs?
We have found it really easy to use, it is constantly being improved and the developer welcomes improvements from users.

What outcomes has your organisation achieved since adopting Patchs? T
his is difficult to answer as we have not fully implemented the online triage system, but the functionality of the messaging service has exceeded my expectations…I love it and get excited when new features are released.
Would you recommend Patchs and why?
When we initially went ‘live’ with Patchs, I have to admit we were very sceptical of the messaging capabilities as we had been using other products for a number of years that suited our needs. However, I cannot praise the developer enough as the functionality has evolved so much of the last few months and now exceeds the products that we previously used. The team is constantly looking for improvement, finding solutions to issues raised by Practices and are equally respective of suggestions for improvements from user. We have a positive working relationship and would highly recommend Patchs.
