Luke Moore is the Customer Success Executive at Patchs. Passionate about health and technology, he is focused on developing strong customer relationships and enhancing user experience.
He collaborates with Sales and Product Development teams to ensure seamless service and tracks customer engagement while recommending improvements.
Luke holds a degree in Leadership in Health & Social Care from the University of Bedfordshire and has over a decade of experience in healthcare and the NHS, mainly in Accident and Emergency. Recently, he has worked in health tech, including roles at eConsult and Doccla, where he was involved in operations and customer success.
Outside of work, Luke is a keen traveller, who also enjoys surfing, hiking, and reading in his spare time.
